In order to respond effectively to the constraints encountered in towns and cities when faced with odor nuisances emitted by public wastewater networks, the BIOTHYS™ company has developed a technology called Gelactiv SHK.
This innovation enables targeted or global treatment to control malodorous gaseous emissions produced by urban wastewater networks.
Gelactiv SHK is a polymeric matrix diffusing active inhibitors designed to neutralize malodorous gaseous structures such as H2S, NH3, mercaptans… In the form of a gel plate reinforced by a metal frame enabling it to be suspended anywhere in the network.
Allows odors emitted by effluents to be treated statically, whatever the length or configuration of the network.
Gelactiv SHK is designed for urban effluents (H2S), while Gelactiv NHK is specifically designed for industrial effluents (NH3).
